NO service at all

I sent an email to Mango on the 14 of March 2017 and still got no reply. We flew with them again and I sent an email on 30 November and also got no reply. Did my own research because I wanted to know about our infant luggage allowance. It stated there that an infant was allowed 10kg luggage, a car seat and a stroller. So that is what we packed. We got there and guess what THEY WEIGH THE C****AT and is included in the 10kg. So a car seat weighs 6kg so we have a full 4kg to pack for a baby!!! I was soooo shocked!!!?? How do you expect that?? Where do you say that the c****at gets weighed????? Terrible terrible!!!!! You will NEVER see us again. We had to pay R350 extra. Luckily Kulula gives you 20kg for an infant!
