No response to email, No answer at call centre

I was suppose to fly up to JHB from CPt on the 8th of april but am now driving up with my Fiance because he is moving up with me. I emailed a week ago trying to cancel my flight and no one answers at the call centre, exceptionally bad service from Mango.<br> <br> I want a refund for my ticket that is more than a month from now.
