No response to complaint sent to company e-mail address

My plane was delayed by 3 hours on 15th August from George. Once it finally arrived and we were boarded and hurtling down the runway, the pilot suddenly hit brakes and we were told they needed fuel. Turns out it was a fault with one of the generators...

I sent a complaint to Mango while still on the plane and have not received a response since!
