No response o e-mails enquiries and call centre not working.

We are due to fly from CT to JHB in less than 2 weeks, and I wanted to know about liquids in our cabin bags. I have e-mailed their enquiry people 4 times, once in October, twice in November, and today, ant NO reply. And their call centre does not answer either. I actually wonder if there is anyone at their enquiry/help desk
