No response from Mango representative

Mango's Guest Care service seems to be non-existent. I have been trying to reach Cinzia Sebastian at Mango's Guest Care for 11 days now. There is simply no response. Will avoid Mango like the plague in future and fly Kulula instead. They actually respond to customer queries.
