NO response from Mango airline

I am very dissipointed in Mango airline amd would never use them again. I booked a ticket for me and my baby online, they send me a confirmation amd deducted the money off my account. I get to the airport and they tell me the money has not cleared in their account and i must pay for another ticket. And they can only refund me once the acvounts depratment answer the phone. I buy a 2nd ticket just not to miss my flight. (Dealing with all this ****, having a two month old baby by me.) Till date i have NOT RECEIVED ANY CONTACT FROM MANGO NOR MY REFUND....!!!!!?? WHY???? I HAVE PHONED AND EMAILED THE AIRLINE SEVRAL TIMES. IF SOMEONE DOESNT CALL MY ABOUT MY REFUND ASAP I WILL TAKE THIS MUCH FURTHER!
