No response after 4 weeks

I have an email query that was sent to [Email Removed] I sent the email on the 23rd of December. It is now the 19th of January. Still no response. I have requested a response through numerous follow up emails and still nothing. What is the point of having an unmanned enquiries email address?<br> <br> To make matters worse, the email is in connection with poor service from Mango. I would have expected this type of email to catch someones attention.<br> <br>
