No response

I have a query with Mango regarding bidvest lounge access bought through them, but not delivered. It is now 3 weeks since logging my query, 2 emails, two telephone calls and a promise to be called back. Mango has not once responded to me, even acknowledging that i have acquery, this despite them taking my money, and not providing the service paid for
