NO REPONSE WHAT SO EVER FROM MANGO AIRLINES

Good day,

Since covid started I had a flight cancelled by Mango, and a voucher was issued to me. All good and well, if the airline was actually flying and I could use it. To date I have contacted them via email and phone call, but no answer and no response. I want my full refund. This was over R3000. What do I do?
