No regard for the little man

On the 24th of March I was supposed to be flying down to Port Elizabeth from Johannesburg for a wedding that was supposed to take place that weekend. I'd just completed my online check-in when the president announced the nation wide lockdown with effect from the 26th. Had I gone to PE, this would've meant I would've been stuck there for the duration of the lockdown or up until the regulations were relaxed. Naturally, I never left and made contact with Mango regarding this. I had also made contact the previous week to find out what would happen as there were rumors of a potential lockdown. I have been struggling to get a response from Mango ever since. I have tried emailing, sending DMs on Twitter, tweeting about it and even Facebook inboxes to no avail. It is so disheartening that in the middle of a world pandemic, a person can't even get a response.
