NO REFUND FROM MANGO

I have been struggling to get my refund from Mango for the past two weeks. This after i had been promised that it would be reversed into my account within 48 hours. Whenever i call the refunds center, i speak to a different person who clearly reads from some script. I very upset because it was their own website that created this glitch and not a mistake on my part.
