NO REFUND FOR 2 AMOUNTS TAKEN FOR SAME FLIGHT!

Made a booking for 2 people to fly from Jhb to Durban via www.flymango.com on 14th September. The online system gave me an error saying that the flight was booked and that I should re-do the booking. I then restarted the booking process only to find that Mango took BOTH amounts from my credit card. R2977.92 and then R2969.77. I only received 1 confirmation of booking. (TMJVWG). I have phoned for a refund of the 2nd amount taken and they said I should email ***. I have emailed 8 times with NO RESPONSE.
