No refund done on cancelled flight by airlines.

Flights booked and cancelled by airline. No refund done.

I tried booking the same flight 5 times via Travelstart, Mango airlines cancelled the booking even though the money had gone off the account.

I have tried several times to get ahold of Mango with No response or refunds done.

Booking was made on the 9th of November 2020. To date no one has gotten back to me.

Surely someone in finance would have noticed the same flight being tried to book 5 times and paid for 5 times but flight was cancelled 5 times by the airline
