No morality in this company, stay away.

This was probably the worst experience I have had with an airline ever. I booked a return flight from P.E to JHB and on both occasions there where issues. P.E to JHB, 1. My wife and I with our children (2 and 4) arrive at the airport, only to be told we cannot get a boarding pass because we need to have our children’s birth certificates - never had this issue in 6 flights with them. Now tell me why would you put something that can influence whether you can fly or not in the small print of the terms and conditions? 2. When we finally do board I first get told that my daughter (2) who I paid a seat for should be on my lap as she is too small for her own seat, but they don’t have an infant safety belt available. I then explain that she has a seat paid for and that she is 2. She becomes tense because it’s her first flight and wants to be on my lap and then the same flight attendant now lets me know that she has to be in her seat because she is 2 and now suddenly age is the determining factor and her weight has nothing to do with it. Needless to say, she sat on my lap, I paid for the seat whether I use it or not is for me to decide not some ****y flight attendant who can’t even make up his own mind. 3. I transport 2 car chairs in fragile, both are just chucked on their sides and damage, along with the other people’s belongings who also got handled rough.

JHB to P.E 1. We get to the airport only to be told we cannot sit together as the system could not determine my son and I with the same full names are two different people even though I bought each of us a ticket and pre-booked the seats at an extra cost. Unwilling to move the lady from the window seat that I booked for my son and even though she is flying alone I then got a seat 9 rows back. In the process also splitting my wife up from our 2 children as she received an aisle seat across from them. Please explain to me how it is more important to give a single flyer a window seat that she did not pre-book than it is letting a mother sit in the same row as children aged 2 and 4 in seats they did pre-book and pay extra for, never mind my seat. This forced me to take up my wife’s seat, with my daughter on my lap once again so my wife could sit next to our son. No window seat and a seat empty that I paid for not because of my choosing but your lack of compassion. Running the experience my son would have had as it was his turn to sit at the window, that disappointment is on you. This whole situation gets worse when I tell you the staff at the airport threatened to keep me from boarding because I was being unreasonable. I think your staff needs to reminded where every single one of your salaries come from, unreasonable people like me, companies like mine that book these tickets and how quickly we go back to Kulula. Not impressed and my company, household, family and friends will all boycott you until you get your act together. This was so bad I would give 0 stars if that option was available.
