No help for mothers flying Mango in CPT!

I boarded a Mango flight on the 21/07 from Lanseria to CPT with my 3 month old baby and I would like to applaude the Lanseria Mango staff who made my boarding that much easier, it felt as though I had 6 more hands from the parking lot to the flight someone asisted me until I checkd in then another took me to the point of checking and verifying my tickets then another took me to the fight then once inside one of the fight hostess kept my things and brought it to me later (after she was done assisting everybody else into the flight). I to an extent did not feel like I was travelling alone with a small, precious person anymore, thank you Lanseria staff once more, HOWEVER arriving in CPT was the opposite of what I experienced in Lanseria. The same flight hostess who assisted me in Lanseria was suddenly too busy and plain out REFUSED to assisted me which I found to be shockingly hurtful so I carried my handbag and the baby's backpack and the baby on my arms with NO ASSISTANCE out the flight. On my way to the exi I met a gentleman who also works for Mango and I asked him for assistance and LOW and BEHOLD, he was also too busy (wow),anyways another mother carrying a baby on he arms offered to carry one of my bags and that was how I managd to get on the other side where my husband was waiting for us. One cannot help but wonder if it is a poor CAPE TOWN customer service behaviour or just a MANGO bad customer service experience.
