NO FOR REFUND ON SEATS PAID FOR AND NOT GIVEN

<p>I am totally disappointed in Mango airlines!!!! We booked flights from OR Tambo to PE and paid for out 2 seats to ensure we are in front and have a window seat and a middle seat.</p> <p>Well when we arrived at the airport we were told that our seats had been changed and now were were both in middle seats sitting behind each other!!!</p> <p>When we got on the plane I asked the gentleman sitting in out paid for seat how he had got his seat and he said when he arrived at the airport he asked for a window seat and they gave him our seat!!! Seriously</p> <p>how does this happen??? </p> <p>Well anyway we requested a refund for out seats that we had paid for on 14/3 at 8h28 and spoke to a lady named Nonleswe. We were told we would be contacted within 48 hours.... guess what no one has contacted us.</p> <p>I could also give you numerous dates and times that we have tried to call the call centre and you just dont get though.</p> <p>We were at the airport on 5/4 and went to your counter and was told by Lebo and the manager Dinannh that sorry we cannot help you!!!!</p> <p>Can someone please contact me wrt above....
