NO FLIGHT CONFIRMATION DETAILS RECEIVED AFTER ONLINE PAYMENT

I purchased two economy class tickets online tickets last night from Cape Town to OR-Tambo International airport. The payment did go through as I used SID online banking payment but I did not receive my flight confirmation email with REF. number and flight details. I tried to contact them today but no answer , I also sent an email to them requesting immediate attention and still no reply...I need my flight confirmation details or my funds reimbursed to my account. This is not my first bad experience with Mango Airlines and I am surely thinking of using other Airlines in the future
