NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mango refuses to honor the vouchers that were issued during LOCKDOWN. They don't answer the call centre numbers & when you eventually get through, the person says it's the wrong department. The call center agents are extremely rude, and it's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for my voucher.
