No Customer Service at Mango Airlines

I have called Mango airlines Refund Department, and waited for 10 minutes on the phone. Nobody answered the call. I then contacted the Enquiries Department and also waited for 12 mins and nobody answered the phone. Yet, ta voice recording says your call is important to us. Every half minute a voice recording says: "Thank you for your patience, your call will be attended to shortly."

Customer service at Mango Airlines is not priority.
