No Credid card payments, and no responce from Mang

This is the second time I try to contact Mango by their email inquiry email address given - they simply do not respond. <br> <br> My problem is that I was trying to make and pay for an online booking for a friend, but the Mango site claims you have to present the actual credit card upon booking. This is extremely user unfriendly, what do all the hundreds of people do in case of booking and paying for someone else? Is it acceptable to present a copy of the card? So, you cannot give a friend a gift booking on Mango? <br> <br> Upon receiving no feedback, yet again, I made a booking on Kulula. <br>
