No communication

<p>On 25 July we were booked on a Mango flight from Durban to Lanseria at 15h20. The flight was delayed due to bad weather. This is understandable but the delay was 4hours 20 minutes. We would receive an sms of the time and then when that time was closer we would receive another changing the time. This happened three times. When I sent an email to Mango complaining of the long delay, eventually I received a reply denying that the delay was long and that it had only been 1 hour 37 minutes. </p>
