No assistance with damage caused

Flight from PE locking mechanism cut! Mango's response, they dont pay for locks. These are not damaged but CUT. Seem to condone attempted theft by staff or service providers staff but dont give a damn about the inconvenienced paying customer!! Customers security searched but staff seem to do as they please and customer must suffer!
