No answer at call centre for over 2 days

I have sent email upon email to the customer services. Ive trued for two days straight to get through via telephone. I would hold on for 15 minutes at a time and receive no answer. I am they should then appoint more people to help answer for god sakes! Ive got one simple question regarding my flight but it is just impossible to get through to them. its just rings and rings. Pathetoc service, no service!! FOR TWO DAYS RUNNING
