I am unhappy with the refunds department about a double booking that happend in error 2 weeks ago. I booked and there was a booking for 2 different days and when I queried it, I was advised that it would take 48hrs to get feedback from the IT drpt. I am frustrated regarding this ad no assistance or feedback is being given.
