NEVER USING MANGO AIRLINE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY

<p>I have never experienced such service before from any airline in my life! When you are travelling home to PE once every 2-3 months the last thing you need is such service from an airline. Myself and my mother arrived at PE airport yesterday 02.10.2016 at 8.20 am just while they called for last boarding to take place. The flight was only scheduled to leave at 8.40 am so that being said we arrived 20 minutes before the plane departed. I asked them to please assist us as we still have to drive 4 more hours after we reach Joburg to get to Lephalale and have just found out my place was broken into there. The staff were not accomodating at all and refused! In the past I remember British Airways going out of their way to help us. NOT MANGO! I was told first that I had to take the 2pm flight but had to pay R930 each (who has this kind of money just laying around!!!) and all this while the people were not even on the plane yet! I had no choice but to pay out of my credit card. I paid the R930 and then the cashier HELEDENE MATTHEWS came to me with a smirk on her face telling me that the other ticket was now not R930 BUT R1350 as Somebody else just booked that! I was almost in tears because she told me 10 seconds ago that I had to pay R930. The supervisor ZIZIPHO FIGLAN then came with an attitude telling me to then buy a standby ticket of R930 if I couldnt afforf the R1350. I was LIVID! that I had to pay this money while my flight hadn't even left yet!!! and the way we were treated was disgusting! MANGO thinks nothing of their customer! The 2pm flight which was supposed to board at 1.30 pm only opened it's gates at 1.45pm with NO APOLOGY TO US!!! COULD WE COMPLAIN???? NO!!!! DID WE GET REFUNDED?? NO!!!So many times MANGO has delayed our flight but we couldnot complain!! Our 2pm flight only left at 2.15 pm so we can wait but you cannot??? And your rude staff treating us like that?????????? NEVER AGAIN I will post this on FACEBOOK AS WELL as I have over 100 friends liking your page. I will save them the frustration.</p>
