Never to see my money again

<p>I wanted to fly to Cape Town with my dog. So I phoned and asked what type of container the dog needs to be in- the person said "anything, as long as it can close." </p> <p>By "any thing" I understood that I could buy any container and use it.</p> <p>when I arrived at port Elizabeth airport, the lady checked the dog in and everything was fine. The dog was on the way to plane already when I was told the container is incorrect. They had to bring the dog back from the plane and into the aiprot. We were told that we could get our money back as the dog didn't fly we would be refunded for the payment.</p> <p>till to this date, 18 July 2016, I haven't received my money after various emails and phone calls. </p> <p>Its been three years and no money has been returned.</p> <p>mango airlines-- how pathetic and shady you are.</p>
