Never responding to social media issues

<p>I've raised a number of social media issues with Mango over the years. They've not been answered and stand ignored. The final straw was when I enquired why Mango no longer flies the morning business flight (departing between 05h00 and 06h00) from ORT to CT. I asked this question more than four times on twitter and till date no answer. Previously I thought it was an error and that the ORT filight was merely fully booked. I even once booked from Lanceria and drove the 50km to Lanseria to make use of the mentioned flight. I have however learned that the early morning flight has been cancelled.... I can only assume it is because SAA was never fully booked on the said flight. </p>
