Never on time

Recently flew with mango to cpt/jhb, both flights were delayed for over 2 hours with no prior notice or communication about this. i understand that these sorts of things happens but the least this airline could do is notify and compensate a customer for the inconvenience caused.The flight already costs an arm and a leg. If you are paying for a service, it should be delivered on time
