My Trip / Mango Airlines LACK OF REFUND

I have been waiting for my refund which was supposedly meant to be processed by 4 MAY 2021 for flight Mango JE149 15 APRIL 2021 (booking TTYRYP) which was cancelled due to 2 x delays.

Speaking to Mango airlines Chantel McLean, a person by the name of Thabo from My Trip was meant to make this payment back into my account and it has yet to happen. I want this money back and it is not something I will let go of. I have been following up with Chantel on mail for past few weeks, she continues to ignore my emails.
