My Husband dies Mango doesn't cooperate

Last year i booked flights for my family to go on holiday 7th December 2019 (Hubby &3kids)Then hubby dies that week. I have begged @FlyMangoSA to refund me for months they keep promising &not paying. It's stress & depression on top of another guys. The guy named Andile Dunga kept telling me they have refunded my ebucks account and when I asked for proof it's not forthcoming. I even sent him my ebucks statement to show that no money came into my account. This puzzles me because they had asked me to send my cheque account bank statement so they can refund me which I sent and now all of a sudden they claim it was refunded into my ebucks which again is false
