MY BAGS ARE WRECKED
I took a flight from King Shaka Airport e 7th of December 2015 and upon receiving my bags at the Cape Town airport , my wife and I noticed that the bags were damaged , handles broken , bag spine exposed and we could clearly see that our luggage was grossly mishandled .I went to mango baggage department to report the issue and the guy took my details and advised someone will contact us <br> <br> Yesterday was our return flight to Durban and when we finally received our luggage after close to 40 minutes waiting , we noticed further damage to our luggage <br> <br> I am beyond irate now and I demand my bags be replaced or repaired right away <br> <br> The service is deteriorating and appalling<br> <br> Mohamed Saib<br> Mobile Number : ***<br> Email : [Email Removed]
