My bag was torn up to get to the inside of my bag.

I hope that the right people see this.my sister and i was on flight JE525 this morning. 17 dec 2015. When we landed on P.E airport and waiting about 25mins for my bag to get to me.....i came to see that my bag has been opened...i started looking in the bag and came to found that my 2 watches has been ******.and luggage dept told me its my problem.i should have kept it in my hand laggage...but why lut locks on my bag then...? Im very sad about this.i cant even claim my watches. Its got centimental value to me.i hope that the people get caught.and for this i wont support them again because they told me they cant help me...cant these people catch these theives somehow.
