On 19 December 2018 I went to Johannesburg ORTambo by Mango flight.. on my return I received my suitcase in pieces. Then again on 15 April, I had to go to Johannesburg again with a ticket of Mango airlines. I ook two brandnew suitcases with me. I had them wrapped before I got on th plane to prevent damage. On arrival in Johannesburg, I found one bag cit open right through the plastic and the material of the suitcase, not torn, neatly cut like with a knife or scissors. On my return I once again wrapped the suitcases, but on my arrival I got it back in pieces. Both handles and wheels fell off in pieces the moment I took off the wrapping. So I want to warn all passengers to stear clear of Mango airlines. Unfortunately my son is working at Momentum and they have an agreement of discount on Mango flights, and as he is buying my tickets, it is cheaper for him to buy them from Mango. But, I have saved R600 on the tickets and lost 3 suitcases of R6 000.
