spoke to a floor controller colored man called Mr Jantjies he was rude to me and i had told him my traveled agent had no sms me my flight details but i knew my flight will be conducted by Mango and i didnt want to miss my flight so he told me he can not help me as i must go to some counter cos his busy, and there was a long line for Check inns and i couldn't wait he was taking some people out of the line to help them on his check inn spot but he refused to check the my flight info
