Mr F JANTJIES FLOOR WALKER

I experience a very rude Mr F Jantjies at the airport he refused to help me .he was shouting for the clients to move to another counter as the check in counter was full and we were going to miss our flight cos of the lines and we've been waiting 30min already in the check in queue he was rude and did not want me to go with the rest of the flyers to the counter to were he was moving the other flyers as I began to explain my travel agency had not sms me my flight details and I do not know my flight details he was not willing to help me nor go an extra mile he was rude and I'm a female he Does not have to test woman flyers like that he doesn't deserve to work with people I want an apology from to get such a horrible attitude in the morning as you begin your journey is not nice
