More **** service after my lovely birthday holiday

Just arrived from OR Tambo in port elizabeth to find out my bags were never put on the plane, iv got blood pressure tablets to take that is in that bag, got to the service desk, complained and i was given snotty answers.... i think they should either refund my flight or give me a ticket voucher.... other airlines atleast compensated **** like this....
