Money ****** - Emails & Phonecalls Ignored

After being asked to hand over my luggage at the door of a Mango flight recently I was disappointed to find out that bag had actually been checked in (without tags or anything) and proceeded to have to collect from the carousel.

The problem is that because I wasn't informed the bag was being checked in, I left my wallet inside it which was summarily removed of it's monetary contents.

I've since reached out to Mango several times to discuss what can be done to no avail as they aren't responding to mails and when I call in I'm told to talk to a lady called Brenda Mandlazi who doesn't pick up her phone, ignores messages and hung up on me the only time we got to speak. Incredibly frustrating lack of ownership and responsibility
