Money deposited into Mango acc - not re-imbursed

I logged onto Travelstar to book a flight. The website re-directed me to Mango for the payment of the flight ticket (Travelstar reference ZA***2). I paid the money into Mango's bank account, but never got the ticket for the flight. This payment was done on 29/05/2015. I have spoken to or communicated to the following people at Mango refunds:<br> Chantel Mclean, Megan Duarte, Petronella Kgwedi, Shabnum. <br> <br> I have supp**** Mango with a deposit slip that I got from my bank , ABSA. It states clearly their bank account detailing my payment into their account. I am still waiting to be re-imbursed for the amount of R1366.44.<br> <br> This is very long over-due.
