Missing items from luggage

<p>On the 23rd January 2017 (Monday)I departed from King Shaka airport (19:15) to O R Tambo International. I fetched my luggage from the relevant carousel. After unpacking my bag I noticed that certain items were missing. I called Mango airlines at ORT and was told that I should not keep valuable items in my bag. After explaining the person (i didnt get his name) from Mango airlines that it was not valuable but rather I felt violated by the fact that someone has gone through my bag !!!!! Whether the items were valuable or not is insignificant but that still gives nobody the right to go through your bags.</p> <p> </p> <p>We always use Mango Airlines and are very disappointed with the incident. Will not be using Mango again, you have just lost 5 loyal customers.</p>
