Missing Items

I landed from cape town yesterday using the Mango Airline. I opened my luggage this morning and i find the package of the earrings i bought my mother empty and the wonderful perfume my girlfriend bought me for valentines day missing, but the box is still there but ripped apart.<br> <br> I called Mango Baggage at OR Tambo and the gentleman said he would assist me in submitting an insurance form and provide me a reference. We did that and he provided me the insurance company number with the reference number. I called the insurance and they told me they need a policy number, not a reference number. I called the OR Tambo Baggage department AGAIN and the guy said he would call me back in a few minutes, he still hasn't called after 5 hours.<br> <br> I try to call them again and no one is bothering to answer the phone.<br> <br> The fact that my luggage bag was opened really ****es me off and i want the ****** items, i bought those earring for my mother knowing very well she will love and appreciate them. But now i don't have anything to offer her because someone decided to search my MY LUGGAGE bag.<br> <br> I want to expose Mango for not keeping my bag safe in anyway.
