Missed my flight for lack of check in staff

<p>I was waiting in line at OR Tambo to check in with 20 minutes left before check in closed. There was 1 employee checking passengers in and was taking her time at that. People behind me were complaining asking where the rest of the employees were. I was treated very coldly by Thoriso Sibisi and Nimble Nkosi who said that they were busy, when we could clearly see they were having a casual chat while I was waiting to be assisted.From flying regularly for business with Mango, I will never fly with them again.</p>
