missed my flight because of mango employee

I booked a ticket yesterday from cape town to Durban and my flight supposes to leave 13:10 and I was there around 12:30 today infact now and the thecoloured lady that assisted me at mango airlines was so rude saying am late, I've missed my flight and I told her I got lost hence its my first time flying I have no idea about capr town airport and I'm going for interview tomorrow morning , she didn't allow me in and that's the last cent I have now am stuck in the airport and my flight is living in 5minutes . Im so disappointed in mango employees
