Missed my flight

<p>i missed my flight my fault yes, by a few minutes though. So now I have to fork out R630 more just to rebook! The standard fee to change your flight is like R350 which is like another plane ticket already, it's ridiculous really then you add the difference from the flight you must take now. I tried to call your help desk but you guys only start at 8 but you guys have 6am flights please tell me the common sense in that. I called King Shaka to put me through to your offices here but no answer. </p>
