Missed flight due to incompetence of staff

Your ground staff in JHB are an absolute disgrace!! My mom stood in line to book in for her flight WAY ahead of time. But with the total incompetence of the staff there and not having designated counters for the different flights, my mom missed her flight. Airport staff made out like it was my mother’s fault and now I am out of pocket with R800 and needing to buy a new flight!! Totally disgusted in your staff!!
