Missed flight

I had a 10:05 flight from OR Tambo to PE.<br> <br> I arrived ten minutes before boarding closed, I have the time stamped parking ticket for my vehicle to prove time I arrived.<br> <br> There was a long line for check in and there was noone at the baggage drop line. Sitting there were three ladys, I recognised one as the one who had sold me my ticket (MHJSYB) the other day.<br> <br> I informed her that my flight check in time was closing could she assist me as she is on the same system.<br> <br> Nonchalantly she informed me that she is doing only baggage drop off. I should join the check in line \I will make it".<br> <br> Obviously by the time I got to the front I was told that the flight had been finalised. <br> <br> five minutes after that people on the cape Town flight for 10:20 got their own check in line.<br> <br> When I went to guest services to be booked on the next flight the lady there asked why I didn't make it on the flight.<br> I informed her and we went together to Refilwe Ramatoka (employee id: PJ380N) to confirm my story.<br> First she said she doesnt know and then said yes he came but he should have been in the check in line.<br> <br> <br> I understand I should have been earlier"
