Miss Luggage....

To whom it may concern;

My Father is a frequent flyer with Mango and he has all the patience in the world, but at some point, enough is, enough. This week, Mango lost his luggage and they keep sending him from pillar to post. It's been more than 24 hours and he is still stranded on his business trip, without his luggage. How is this still possible in this dag-and-age?
