Misinformation!!

With-holding of information is as good as giving incorrect info. And that's my recent experience with Mango. i call into the call centre to inquire about adding an infant on the lap and i'm told it's R300. I'm not told that if i do it post booking there'll be additional costs only to find out when i have to do it. and at that point i have no choice! so i had to part with additional r400??? i send an email complaining only to be told of the procedure?? My family and i are really done with them! so ***********!!! train your people on how to deal with customers.
