Messed up seating

I booked seats and paid an extra fee to sit in the front of the plane as I was traveling with my toddler and I try make it as easy as possible when flying with him. I did this going to Port Elizabeth and returning from Port Elizabeth back to Johannesburg. <br> All the seats I booked were stuffed up, when I called this morning, they tell me it will take 2 weeks to refund my money! I don't understand how this is their mess up and I must wait for my money to be returned to me!<br> <br> I will never fly this airline again.
