Mango's system glitches

Mango is just a terrible airline, so terrible I even changed my medical aid so I wont have to encounter them again. Mango promised me a flight from Lanseria to Cape Town on the 23/01/2020, I usually start looking for flights early so I can get good deals and Mango basically threw that in my face. The issue was that the glitches that they were experiencing are affecting my trip, I'm sitting with no flight because I can no longer afford it because Mango wasted my time when I was trying to pay, I kept trying and kept trying and kept trying until my booking was cancelled....the cancellation was due to me not paying because I couldn't pay because Mango systems are down, basically my problem is simple as this, I don't have a flight because Mango wouldn't allow me to pay them on time. I can't go to Cape Town now because Mango said so, I mean how does 1 company affect your life so much and stress you out, this company is one you are loyal to and they disappoint you and totally mess you around, calling to the customer services department is a nightmare because nobody answers, when you do finally speak to someone, they advise they will call back and they never do my booking number is TDLNCG not that it exists anymore

If someone does not call me back to rectify this, then I need booking number TDJFBB cancelled and refunded immediately and I will never use Mango or any line associated to it ever again.
