Mango will delay you but wont wait for you! Pathetic service!

I am Highly disgusted with Mango. I have been flying local for years with them and have always tolerated the fact that most of their flights are always delayed. Once I was 7 minutes late after calling and making excuse whilst on my way. But they were not willing to help. Why do I i always have to take their 20 minutes to an hours delays and the airport transport company that waits for me to get my car back also are being delayed. Mango this was the last time I flew with you and I will make sure no one in my business or doing business or friends of mine will do business with you ever again. My booking was SRNLRD 18 Sept 2019 they were not willing to help and they just refused to accommodate me. I rushed to kulula.com and they booked me in immediately costing me R940 extra. Thank you Kulula at least you value your customers.
